As a web developer today, the choices of technologies and open source libraries are overwhelming.  It’s impossible to keep up with all of them, but there is a short list that every web developer should be familiar with.  This presentation will get you started on compiling your developer ‘toolbox’.  We’ll talk about core technologies like Entity Framework, WCF Data Services as well as open source libraries such as jQuery, Knockout.js,. data.js, css frameworks, etc and how to use them to build cutting edge web projects.

Steve Fabian has been developing software for over 25 years in dozens of programming languages. From small utility applications to large scale core enterprise applications used by hundreds of thousands of users.
